Hope everyone had a happy holidays ! Just curios how is the rental market in Omaha 68131 area. I was looking to Buy a condo and rent for steady cash flow. I am curios hows the vacancy rate. Which I am a long distance investor. Any tip would be highly appreciated thanks in advance

@Nathan Asher Robson I had the same idea back when I was trying to find a my 60 k investment in the rental market. Finding the unit of 60 k takes research but you will find it. The problem is the tenants placement and and finding a good management company. I think your better off investing in a stocks that pay high dividends if your looking for cash flow. Try looking in to stocks that pay high dividends. Try Looking into stock BDC

@Nina Granberry I would put that cash flow money in a savings bond. Or better yet but stocks. Either macdonals or star bucks Tesla or apple.

@Jessica Rhodes thanks for the heads up. I’m an looking at a unit from roof stock. It currently does not hold a inspection report. However it has section 8 tenants in place. My gut feeling is telling me to move on the next unit. Goodluck on finding tenants and on your property.
