I found a house wile "walking for dollars" and a neighbor informed me that the house was vacant because of a foreclosure. Googled the address but nothing came up. What would be the best approach to finding and buying this house from the bank?

I am an investor in northern Nj considering buying some raw land to build a multi family on. That being said, this is a 2 part question. 1. When I find vacant land how can I find out who owns it? 2. How do I find out if I can build on the land if purchased

East Rutherford has the lowest taxes up north

I am working on a wholesale lead but I am having a hard time tracking down the owner.  State tax records show that the owner still lives there but in talking to the neighbors it is clear that this property has been uninhabited for over 5 years.  Can anyone recommend a recource that can help me track down the owner.

Hi Guys,

I have been following Bigger pockets for a while an have finally decided to dive in head first.  I just wanted to introduce myself.  My name is Anthony Greene and I am a up and coming Real Estate investor from NJ.  I currently am getting my operation started with wholesaling but see myself as a Buy and hold investor long term.  I'm looking to network with  real estate investors in my market as well as the Chicago market.  I am heading out to Chicago from 7/24-7/27 so if there are any wholesalers or established investors in the Chicago area on BP I would love to meet up to pick your brains regarding opportunities in your market.
