How do i find the owner of a vacant home when tax records show the forclosure as their current address

I am working on a wholesale lead but I am having a hard time tracking down the owner.  State tax records show that the owner still lives there but in talking to the neighbors it is clear that this property has been uninhabited for over 5 years.  Can anyone recommend a recource that can help me track down the owner.
