Can someone please shed some light on how

- convert 401k to SD IRA

- how to use SDIRA to buy properties- how much down payment is typically required if we are using SDiRA to only fund downpayment on a multifamily CRE, and which banks typically work with SDIRAs

- how does LLC structure- property management and cash flow work in this situation? If we want to do cash out refinancing, custodian of the SDIRA LLc will have to make the call?

Appreciate any guidance.

Hello

I am in negotiation on a property in Ohio. I have seller financing and entity swap as 2 discussion points going on. My question for this group of knowledgeable folks:

- how does entity swap work ? Should I get a LLC in place prior to swap/paperwork? Will the title company put this property under our LLC name, and won't be required to legally inform HUD/tax authorities.

- will it influence property taxes once we move to conventional loan in 3 yrs?
