Thank you. I plan to do it in houston market where I live. She’s currently not doing as many deals as she’s focused on assisted living facilities. I’ll keep thinking on this option.

Hello all,

I have been learning about real estate the past year with various books and BP podcasts and articles.im ready to take action this year and start looking at deals. I met someone who is an experienced real estate investor and she said she can help with me with her coaching program at $7,000. She said she could save me lots of investing mistakes for new investors as I'm interested in the BRRR strategy with rent to own option. Im starting out and would like to keep my costs to a minimal so I can save $ for the actual investments. Is it worth it to spend on coaching to avoid mistakes or just go and invest and possibly make mistakes? Appreciate your Thoughts and advice.
