I am a pharmacist in Houston TX and would love to connect with other REIs in Houston. Being in healthcare, it provides an unique skill set to being a REI. I am looking at small multi family &/ SFH in Katy/Cypress area. My goal is to buy one by 2021 with a life goal of 25 doors by 2040.

I use barclays saving account online. It has 2% return so it is fluid enough to take out if I need to but higher than a traditional brick bank. Hope this helps

I live in katy tx and fulshear is booming but agree w adam. Folks would prob go and rent a SFH w that rent.
