James Brand,

Going directly to the owner is always a great way to go!

I know how to do that in NY, as this is a part of my job, but I do not know how it works in other states. I am interested in investing in Philly, and you said that you were able to locate the owner thru the tax records. I was wondering if you can share a link of the website where you did that?

Ryan Fagan - thank you for message.

It is interesting what you observe. I do not know the city well at all, i had been there once. I m starting a research on it though. I would appreciate any suggestion on the areas you can recommend for investment opportunities!

Jillian,

The market is not bad in NYC, it is one of the best, but it is hard to get in to.  The prices are higher, and there is no high return on your investment.

Charmaine M. - thank you!

I have been an agent in Brooklyn for over 6 years now, and I just do not see a point in investing here. the cash flows are not that amazing unless you buy a portfolio of buildings.

Hello,

I am from Brooklyn, just signed up for a PRO account at BP, after following it for 5 months.

Interested in buying rental properties outside of New York. Want to focus on Philadelphia, and also interested in Dallas - Fort Worth Area.

Just wanted to say Hi to everyone, as Brandon Turner suggested in his webinar.

Thank you.
