@Jim K.

Thank you!

I will probably end up using a combination of pourover /bottle jack for this one and the ones that surround this.

There are some nearby slabs which could use some minor patchwork.

Got an outrageous quote from someone to fix this slab and the slabs that surround this.

@Sean McKenna

The contractor quotes are pretty high - I am looking around for a handyman on thumbtack to get this job done.

Got it...Ill look around, thanks

is it only for patching cracks or can it  be used to level sunken slabs also? The sunken portion is like 2-3 inches deep

@Brian Varmuza

That could work too- thank you.  Better to fill concrete under it than over it

Thats an awesome DIY summary. You should make a youtube video on it.

Thank you. In Harrisburg, the property owner is responsible for sidewalks apparently.

I dont have the equipment to cut the concrete. Guess It can be rented from HD.

What if you just pour a coat of concrete on top of the sunken slab to bring it to level.

Hello all,

My rental property has a sunken concrete slab on the sidewalk in front of the property.

Anu ideas on How to fix this in a cheap/effective way. It seems too deep for quikrete.

The property is in Harrisburg, PA.

Iv got quotes for replacing the whole slab.

No one wants to do mudjacking.

Another company does sidewalk leveling with polylevel foam, but they dont want to come out for one slab.
