I'm also out in the Northbay in Fairfield. Im new to BP as well. There is a lot of great information here on the forums,blogs and podcast. You can pretty much type wholesaling in the search and find all the answers you'll ever need to get started. It just takes some time to go through everything. However it wasn't until I took everything I just learned here on BP, created a plan,made it a goal to take action on that plan everyday (even while working a full time job) is when things are starting to happen. I'll be reaching out to you

Hello everybody!

I'm out of the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically out in the North Bay. I've started investing in Real Estate back in 2006 doing flips and even held some rental property until the crash of 2008. I basically had been out of the game since then but now I'm ready to get back. I'm pretty much starting over so I'm looking to network with others in the Bay Area and to learn from season investors as well. I've already began to listen to the podcast and reading posts from the forums and it has been refreshing to relearn everything.

Anyways I'm glad I found this site, looking forward to connect with other like minded individuals!!
