Hello everybody!
I'm out of the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically out in the North Bay. I've started investing in Real Estate back in 2006 doing flips and even held some rental property until the crash of 2008. I basically had been out of the game since then but now I'm ready to get back. I'm pretty much starting over so I'm looking to network with others in the Bay Area and to learn from season investors as well. I've already began to listen to the podcast and reading posts from the forums and it has been refreshing to relearn everything.
Anyways I'm glad I found this site, looking forward to connect with other like minded individuals!!

Welcome.
I live in Burlingame and I'm looking for a REI or any local real estate group like Bigger Pockets. Any Ideas. Groups with No up sell. Any Ideas how to get the 2-3% returns. I see this all over Bigger pockets. They say your rents should be 2-3% of the gross sell price. I moved out to stockton, Tracy and still can't find it. What do you think
