Looking for a mentor

Good morning, I am new to real estate investing, and I am looking for a personal mentor/coach to help me through my first wholesale deal; I'd like to make sure I am doing everything correctly to be successful in my first close. I live in Northern California and looking to wholesale anywhere from Sacramento to the Bay Area. I usually browse BP to retrieve answers to my questions, but I am sure every state has different laws. If anyone has experience in wholesaling in this area, I would love your help. Thank you.

Welcome to the site @Leyla Simsek

I'm also out in the Northbay in Fairfield. Im new to BP as well. There is a lot of great information here on the forums, blogs and podcast. You can pretty much type wholesaling in the search and find all the answers you'll ever need to get started. It just takes some time to go through everything. However it wasn't until I took everything I just learned here on BP, created a plan, made it a goal to take action on that plan everyday (even while working a full time job) is when things are starting to happen. I'll be reaching out to you
