that's all great. But we all know insecurity starts when pressed by 2 kinds of people the people who are naturally interested and the other which are idiots that are prejudice.

But I like the model that Jim Rohn said if you want be more you have to become more. It's not lying if you believe in yourself.

hey Jonathan

Basically we're talking about respect and leverage. Respect in the aspect is that time is money. Leverage in the aspect that if you can get the GC to do the work and pay later. Your in the gold section of investing. But in all you have to have skin in the game. So it's a give and take. Don't be afraid to even imply that work they will work and get paid later. But your not going to give them an incentive to finish fast with out mistakes and or take there sweet time. So I'm basically saying try to leverage your place with a deposit. But cross your t and I's. Get referrals and make sure there in the business of what you want to get done. Hope that helped a little.

Hello Jonothan it's standard that everything comes out of there own pocket till you get it inspected by the bank and receive your reimbursement. But as I'm finding out its best to pay it all because the banks will charge you fees for every draw you pull out. So if you have it, it will be much cheaper for you unless your on a tight budget. Hope that was helpfull. Dejesus from Dejesus real estate Boston mass.
