Ok you changed your mind set but I want to know how did you get there professionally and what kind net worth does one need to parachute to the Bahamas - article didn't even touch those details.

Who would be the point of contact if I am marketing a furnished condo to business in the Indianapolis market for corporate leasing? HR?

Thanks in advance,

Andy Olsen

I should have my realtor license in a couple of weeks but I am more interested in investing then being a superstar realtor.  So this is my question:

What are some suggestions on ways to bring in some money while you build a pipeline or "deal flow" regardless if your looking at wholesale, flips, buy & hold, or building clients through realtor work?

Ideally, I would stay in the general real estate space but totally open minded with any suggestion.  If I was not getting my mortgage paid through Airbnb rentals and have some reserves I would be SOL.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions....

So FB marketing exposed me to Flip & Fund Summit 6 in Dallas.  Has any been to this event 1-5? Any feedback is welcomed.

Best,

AO

@Account Closed I like that.  I need to add auctioneer to the team.

Would love to read rookies and vets processes on how they maximize the learning curve from BP or internet in general?

My General Outline -

1.  Consume all podcast and put notes in personal brain (mind mapping software)

2.  Create business plan & create goals and milestones

3. Start running numbers on deals (2 per day)

4. Get team together

5. Read books and put into personal brain

Now get on the phone and make things happen. Activity/Offers = Deal flow!

I would enjoy reading others feedback and suggestions on learning and making things happen.....

@Ken Rishel thnaks for the suggestion.  Will have to look into that idea ....way out the pros and cons.

Thanks for the info - are the kickers tied to occupancy or pure profitability? @Marshall M.

So I saw this add for Property Manager on craigslist and wanted to get some feedback on the challenges of managing a Mobile Home Park. What is the upside and downside.  If someone is good how do they structure profit sharing with owners? What is a good % of occupancy in mobile parks?

My end game is purchasing, managing, and profiting with Mobile Home Parks and thought this could be a good learning opportunity.

Here is the add:
