Just put one of my places up yesterday and in 24 hours I got three bookings totally 1,200 bucks and that is slightly above my mortgage so .....YES

@Dan Perrott so you get 3k a month on a ripple renovated 3 bedroom?  That is strong.  I have been wondering what to price my condo per night. Did not want to over price it but have not done the research yet.  Here are few pics - Real Silk Lofts on Park and North basically right on Mass Ave.

I have a condo in the art district on Mass Ave that I been meaning to make a profile for airbnb.  After reading this thread you have given me some motivation. It is super nice.  I will ping you @Kyle Soderman when it is up and running. Hopefully tonight. 

Thanks guys. I only owe like 140k it is probably worth 250k so just wanting to access small amounts of cash for quick flips only.  I get 400 plus positive cash flow on this unit and do not want to refi and pull the equity out so I view this as just a tool. 

I will just start knocking on some bank doors! 

I got Merrill Lynch or Bank of America telling me they will not put a HELOC on a investment property. Anybody know a lender that would allow at least 75% LTV with a line of credit?

I want the flexibility.
