Greetings east side group.

Can I get busy prospecting for wholesale opportunities while I'm working on my RE license or should I wait i.e., will GA regulators hunt me down and persecute me for not having a license?  What's your experience with this? I've GOT to get started but this is holding me back!!@#!

Any help will be appreciated!

Careful!!  I learned from mold professionals that high humidity (no air conditioning) can sometimes lead to aspergillius (mold) problems.  I don't pretend to know the specifics of what I am talking about only that it may be worth extra research.

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the post!  I just found this website yesterday, joined this morning, and now delving into it.  I'm very eager to get busy with it.
