I have not seen it but the owner told me it is all vacant.

- 2000 sqft retail space (city will not change)

- 2000 sqft residential over -- 4BR, 1BA w/ laundry

- 2000 sqft drive in basement

Flat Roof ~8yrs

Rent ready (finishing painting)

She paid almost $50k; wants $20-30k

I know I cannot process the lead. She wants it gone before the snow flies.  

I got a call in Milwaukee for someone living in Milwaukee but trying to sell a commercial property in Ohio, IL.  Unfortunately, I don't buy in IL.  

It has retail space on the street level and a 4BR residential unit above.  She is looking to get out fast.

Are there any investors East of Davenport IA on BP?
