I'm looking for a good bookkeeper and CPA that are familiar with how seller finance works. Over the past few months, bookkeeping has taken up a lot of my time. I would like to outsource that. The bookkeeper would need to file my taxes at end of the year as well. I'm in the state of Arkansas. Feel free to send recommendations. Thank you.

Regarding to remodeling the interior of a property, what are the correct sequence of things needing to be done?

Here is what I think. Please correct me if I'm wrong:

1. Demo

2. Plumbing & electrical work

3. Bathrooms remodel

4. Paint

5. HVAC replacement

6. Kitchen

7. Flooring

I might be wrong. What's your experience on most efficient way of having things done?

I'm curious. If I want to buy my 3rd house using a conventional loan, I know I will probably need 20% or 25% down. Can the down payment borrowed from someone?

I don't own a home currently, but if I want to buy a house for rental purpose. What's the minimum required down payment for conventional loan? Can I say that's gonna be my home but really I will use it as a rental? I know first home min down is 5%...

I'm considering becoming a real estate agent. Been doing wholesaling for more than 3 years now. My question is: does my future broker get shares from everything I wholesale?

How about the properties that I own and decide to sell?

@Owen Dashner Cool. Thanks for the resource. How long is the process gonna take you? If I were going to pay someone to do it, how much should I expect to pay?

I know the answer is mostly SEO. But I also heard it's a long process and people pay large amount of time to get that ranking high up there. Is this something I can do myself? You know, like writing an article from time to time. But what are the things I should be aware of when writing those articles? What weighs more in Google when it comes to SEO and ranking high in organic search?
