Question about The Time Sequence of When Things Should Be Done

Regarding to remodeling the interior of a property, what are the correct sequence of things needing to be done?

Here is what I think. Please correct me if I'm wrong:

1. Demo

2. Plumbing & electrical work

3. Bathrooms remodel

4. Paint

5. HVAC replacement

6. Kitchen

7. Flooring

I might be wrong. What's your experience on most efficient way of having things done?
