I deal directly with the law office of Andy Hook and associates. Set up my llc down in Va with him. Also have bought and sold a couple properties and they are always great!

@Ben Harhager

Hard money lending was going to be my suggestion. Only thing is if this is a buy and hold not sure hard money lender is going to want to wait that long. Are you planning to sell relatively soon?

Thank you for the tips. I am looking to get started with it just on a small level maybe 100k-500K preferably a couple smaller deals to get started and go from there.  I don't know if you all have any advice on where i should be looking to start. Like I say any help is appreciated and I'm always interested in learning. Thank you.

So I live in Boston area which is a very competitive market as you all know I’m sure. Landlord laws are not great here. I’m just trying to find some creative ways to maximize my returns while also learning along the way. Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Just starting out and would like to buy a multi family property. Preferably a 3-4 unit that the numbers work. Capital is not the issue it’s the experience factor and networking. Would consider partnering up or other suggestions. Would work for free for seasoned investors and developers. I’m located in the South Shore Ma area. Boston is a short drive away. Open to any suggestions. I was thinking of getting my realtors license in the meantime to learn. Thank you.

So I’m writing this from the Boston area. I’m looking to move on from current career. I believe I can bring value to any current investors and developers/flippers that would like to team up. I have capital and construction background. Looking to learn or even land a job to start. Willing to carry my weight fully and build an organic relationship. Maybe I’m off the beaten path but tips would be appreciated. Thank you!

Where I’m at currently. Right now I am working as a union fire sprinkler installer.... sick of it to say the least. I have good capital and a supplemental income from a property I inherited in Virginia. I want to break into a career in real estate investing with little to no experience. Ideally I’d like to work for a developer and learn from there. Any suggestions for classes to take that may benefit me when starting out. Or possible jobs in my market (Boston/south shore). As always any help is appreciated!
