@Jaden Griggs I am here in town and we have events about once a week for new and experienced investors to connect, learn and build businesses.  

@Kevin Johnson have you been able to get connected to a local investor community in Columbia?  I love when agents decide to start investing!  Its a complete mind set shift so you are going to need to surround yourself with investors more than agents for a little while.  
One of my mentors told me that Agents and Investor mix like oil and water :).  Funny, but True. 

Agents don't think like investors and vice versa so connect with investors today! 

@Jesi Naomi were you able to get connected??  There are plenty of people here that can help you!

 Do you have a w-2?  If so, head down to a local bank and take out a equity loan on the property.  They can collateralize that property pretty quick.  We have our Local Community Event this Tuesday at 5:30.  You should come and I can connect you with someone that can help for this.  DealFindersLive.com
