Brand New Member in Columbia, SC!
Hey guys! I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself as a new member to the BP forum. I have been a residential real estate agent for two years now in my hometown of Columbia, SC. I am looking to start acquiring rental property in the next 6 months, and will be active on here trying to learn everything I can about single and multi family investing! I have helped numerous out-of-state investors buy property in the area, and now it's time for me to start building my own portfolio.
