I could not agree more with everyone. It really is such a small thing that makes a big difference.

A Client of mine spent about $1,000 a month for about 140 leads, So his cost per lead is low but his cost per buy is about $300 a lead :(

For your postcards do you send to home owners 60 day lates?

Client of mine spent about 1k a month for about 140 leads.

Now he is nationwide so it comes to about $7.50 per lead but its alot higher once he weeds out the good from the bad.

Well you can do a loan mod for them if they qualify but short sale is another option.

I would check and see if you work with a certified hafa agent, and if they use a professional negotiator ?

As in your selling inbound calls?

I agree with Bryan, you should look for a list company that gets their info directly from the credit bureaus and make sure to get 60 day lates

I have a client who just gets all of their business by PPC. Now I would not recommend this to everyone but after 18 months they are still in business and going strong.
A few pointers to anyone about landing pages, ppc etc.

1.) Is your content educating your visitor on what they want to know about ?
2.) Is your sales copy motivation/directing the visitor to fill out the form?
3.) Is there a form to fill out on the page they land on ?
3.) Design is a major key in this, if you look spammy or your site is not easy on the eyes?

Other Major things to consider.

- Have analytics on your site, analyze time on site what links they clicked etc.

- Do A/B split testing. Test everything from headlines to the color of a button. Honestly I can go into depth here to write an ebook but this is major.

I know I might sound like spam but there are services that you can pay for that will post ads on your behalf, and these guys use proxies, with phone verified accounts. I used them a while back for some client work (plumber) and they got alot of business for my client. I'm sure it could help you out.

Huge ad to my right lol.

I like it but it seems like the text is way smaller :( it strains my eyes.
