@Jordan Lucas a degree is awesome for knowledge and not necessary for real estate

@Andrew Angerer bigest holdback is me what im doing is making a decision and pushing deals and moving forward

@Tyler Labelle dont get tied up in the what ifs, the lease is the lease and its your choice to set the standards you expect.

Any time i have deviated from this its cost me money.

How many investment properties do you own & @ what age did you acquire your first?

@Kris Russell when you are on the market and no showings its price, when you get showings and no offers there is usually something in the home that is putting the buyers off, condition, location, finishes, smells etc

@Bryan S.the realtors role is to follow the legal instructions of the client, this guy may not be repersenting the buyer legally if they are under an agrement

I'm looking for some areas where I can buy rentals that will cash flow positive in the Phoenix Metro area, where should I be looking?
