Congratulations on what sounds like a very successful 18 months!

So are you doing this with or without the consent of the home owner? I ask because I'm interested in learning more so that I can do the same thing. I've heard of people doing this with an apartment too. Renting out the entire apartment but I'm wondering are they doing this without letting the complex know.

Filing fee in Texas is $300 for an LLC but you also might want to consider a series LLC if you want to create one for each property. But like everyone is saying a lawyer is going to be the best person to speak with about your options.

Great question! I'm new to REI and the market here seems so competitive I wonder the same thing. Was that your first campaign? Anytime I read about marketing campaigns it says consistency is the key. But only 2 calls out of 4,000 is extreme and kind of hopeless. I'm planning to run my first sometime before October. I planned on sending about 3,000 mailers.

Yes, it was a good read. And I've listened to some of the audiobook for Think and Grow Rich a while back but I'm going to actually read it this time. Thank you again for sharing and take your time creating the one for me.
