William weibolt I was hoping you could share with me how you got started. You seem very successful. Where were you financially when you started? I have yet to do a deal and feel like I'm on an island. Any advice is appreciated!

I recently received some advice from my tax professional that I don't need to form a LLC or any other business entity right away. Should I be worried about purchasing property in my name and should I form a business before I make my first purchase or wait until I gain several properties? Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello everyone!  I have just started to learn and research about becoming a real estate investor.  I am overwhelmed with all the discussions and just don't know where to begin.  I live in Bismarck, ND and am looking and buying and holding.  I just don't know where to begin.  Any advice that could lead me in the right direction or at least help me narrow down where to begin?  Thanks everyone!
