This is going to be a fun project. I really enjoy hosting these events with all the local investors in San Diego. Real estate investing is a great way to build wealth and long term cash flow. If you are ever wanting to check out projects that are going on there are a few networking groups in San Diego that do this, and could show you different projects. One of them is San Diego Real Estate Networking, we do a combination of events at local Breweries, BrewRE Events, and at current projects of my investment company. Also @Tim G. Kevin Fox, and Parker Cox run a monthly event that is great, and I did with them last month. Here is a video of there event that I hosted last month if you want to see what it is like. Come out and network tomorrow with us at Bay City Brewing. I am  expecting about 50 investors, and real estate professionals. Here is a link to the Meetup for the event.
