Craftsman cottage that required LOTS of work. Overall good project but had a hidden sewer issue which did some damage to the budget. Great deal all around and all the scene of a networking event from this website! Cheers

This is a project I completed that was an extensive remodel with a large addition ~1100 to a property. Purchased of $525K Rehab (Soft,Hard, and selling expense) $500K, hold time 1 year, sales price $1.45M. Dramatic change and a large project

We are hosting a get together at our office in San Diego for local investors and real estate professionals. There are no products being pitched whatsoever, only a get together of like minded people.
