Looking to network in the San Diego area

Hey how's it going guys, my name is Israel and im an Investor just nearing the end of my rook season in this REI game. Im very excited this morning, as this is my first introduction to the BP family. Im looking to network with investors and realtors in the San Diego area. As of late, i've been coming across leads that I can't do anything with. Would anyone be open to me referring these property owners to you? I'm not looking for any referral fees for these leads. Im really looking to build relationships with like-minded honest professionals. I look foward to finally becoming a active member of the forums.
