Quote from @Himanshu Singh:

Hello!

I am looking to invest in Indianapolis. I live OOS and this seems like a good market to start in. I am heading to there this weekend to get to know the neighborhoods and maybe look at some properties. What neighborhoods should I check out. I am looking for both STR and long term rentals.

Hi Himanshu, I just replied to you in the other thread haha...shoot me a DM I'm happy to help you learn the areas.

Shoot me a DM and I'll be happy to help :)

@Nicholas Lenczyk

Hey Nicholas, let me know if I can help you refining the specific areas you’re targeting. Since you’re out of state and might not have someone to drive around for you

Cheers

Quote from @Austin Flugum:

Hello all, I've been thinking about possibly investing in a property in Florida.... Also, does anybody know the best place to invest in Florida? Appreciate any tips, thanks!

Tampa is now pretty hot and probably past the good point of entry. So I'd look at the areas between Tampa and Orlando. Lots of people are getting priced out of Tampa and moving farther out.

I'll shoot you a DM to see if I can give you more details based on what you're looking for.

How would the occupancy rate in Orlando compare to say…fort Myers beach or Marco island?

Hey John, I'll DM you some info, I'm building a tool that can answer this for you very easy! :)

thanks @Gopichand N.!

it will be ready soon for beta trials :) I'll shoot you a DM to keep in touch

Hey!

If I'm investing out of state, or somewhere I've never been in person before,...

I'm building a tool for exactly this! Shoot me a DM with where you're looking and I'll send you some screenshots :)

Quote from @Dax Nollenberger:

Motivated by my own curiosity and desire to see which townships in Santa Cruz are performing compared to their neighbors, I dove deep into Santa Cruz County real estate data since 2010. Broken down into 8 townships: Aptos, Ben Lomond, Boulder Creek, Capitola, Felton, Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, Soquel, and Watsonville.

...ice to List ratio.

Hey Dax, super cool! I'd love to chat. I'll DM you.
