Hello Casey, where did you find the list of properties that are violating codes?

Thanks for the question John and everyone else for your responses.  I am new to BP and trying to find my way. It is good to know that there is a way to have rental property and don't have to worry too much about how the bills are going to get paid.

@Derek Chiasson Hi Derek! I'm in Brockton. Hanscom Federal Credit Union may be an option you may want to consider. They have HELOC up to 100% if you qualify.
