Oh and I also did my 63 hour course online through a Groupon for Azure Tide All Florida Realty School. I didn’t love the program but I am used to online courses and didn’t need any additional materials to pass the test.

In terms of other costs, I paid $55ish for my background check/fingerprints at Pearson, $40ish for my exam fee with Pearson, and whatever the state charges for the application, which I cannot remember offhand but it’s publicly available through DBPR.

@Bradley Kesselman

The fee to get started with Supra was $50 I believe and $16/mo auto withdrawal.

I also paid $900ish when I joined my local association and paid my MLS dues last month but it's prorated and I have to pay another $430 by the end of this month for MLS. I think I will owe another $600 something for my association dues in November. So overall it's close to $1100 for me per year. Other boards have cheaper dues.
