Hey @Ugochukwu Opara & @JR C.

Thanks for both commenting. Taking a look through both of your sites I see they are not very focused on building your portfolio. My impression is that they showcase your units rather than your services to new landlords & vendors.

Do you guys not think this is an important part of your site?

YOUR FEEDBACK PLEASE...

Hey guys, I am wondering if you would be so kind to share your thoughts.
What is the main target market for your website.
A) landlords
B) tenants

With regards to rental properties
Also do you list current properties which are available to rent now
A) place them directly on your site
B) use a feed from a property portal
C) don't update or list properties on your site regularly

I would really appreciate any feedback as we are working on templates for property managers and rental agents

Hey guys,

I am looking at creating a 101 on free marketing ideas to build a landlord portfolio for a rental manager. So far I have got 30 and put them in a blog, I thought it might be a cool post where we can all get creative and help me reach 101..

Anyone want to add a suggestion?

Ideas to market to landlords

Hi Phil,
I have just completed a blog on "How to cold call landlords"http://lettingagencies.tumblr.com/post/54913205885/cold-call-landlords.

There is a video link I included within the blog of an actual cold call. Its a fairly straight forward process once you follow a "sales road map"

Why not take a look at the blog and video and if you have any questions I would be delighted to help

Hi Bienes Raices , if this question is directed at me the answer is that its just not done in Ireland. However it is done by the vast majority of agents and approx 50% of landlords in the UK.
I just wanted to see if its done on the vast majority of properties across the US.

Thanks for the feedback

Hi Guys,
This is my first post so please dont be too critical of my post ;-)
When screening a tenant for a rental property are 100% of tenants referenced and credit checked through a credit checking company?

I am based in Ireland and the vast majority of reference checking is done by the rental agent through references they collect from the tenant by paper copy or soft copy and then verified by the agent / landlord.

Looking forward to engaging with you guys.
