Hi, I'm Jordan and I'm beggining to cold call the owners of vacant homes in my area. I'm getting the owners contact info primarily from skip tracing sites and such, but what kind of response should i give if the owner ask how i got their phone number. any other tips are appreciated.

Hi Phil,
I have just completed a blog on "How to cold call landlords"http://lettingagencies.tumblr.com/post/54913205885/cold-call-landlords.

There is a video link I included within the blog of an actual cold call. Its a fairly straight forward process once you follow a "sales road map"

Why not take a look at the blog and video and if you have any questions I would be delighted to help
