Has anyone used Homeriver Group Property Management in Jax and Citrus Spring. How was your experience?

Good morning

I have 3 doors - one SFH in Jax and duplex in Citrus Spring. I am looking for vendors who could help with repairs and turnover. These repairs can be- painting of 1400 sqft house, fixing of doorknobs, curtain rods, cleaning of the place, etc. Please text me at 954-648-5423.

I would prefer a single vendor doing all the basic turn over items, ease for management.
