How is the rentability in Ocala, who are our target renters? I am trying to purchase duplex in this area. Is thie location good for rental homes?

Thank you sir

I am new REI in columbia Sc.. Any pointers to to buy a MFH or SFH?

Chris .. That was a great piece of advice..!

I am in a similar boat .. I want to go with Turnkey property (not BRRRR) - is that risky too?

We live in SC and planning to buy SFH (around 170K) in Jacksonville which is about 4.5 hrs .. Heard your story and was inspired. Need some pointers 1. As a newbie, is it too risky to go out of state, i first thought of buying something in SC but i am not positive on whole numbers(COC and ROI..etc). Charlotte is another near by town but its too expensive.2. How do people get multiple loans with short time duration, how do we find local banks ( i heard that lot of local banks are good for REI from podcasts).3. Whats the biggest mistake a newbie can make - i feel my inaction is big mistake.4. Whats your take on whole covid thing. Too much of speculation.Greatly appreciate your help.

View is more from realtor perspective!

Sales.. Sales.. Sales is the mantra.. REI needs an honest and truthful assessment of things!

But I shall thank you for your inputs.
