Hi everyone!  I was watching Matt Faircloth’s webinar from Monday where he offered his video as a perk called “Multi family Investing Lingo” but I can’t find it.  I’m thinking it was offered to new Pro members.  But what about us that are already Pro members?  Can anyone share the link?

Thank you in advance.

OMG, congrats!  I am inspired.  I am a super newbie that is still listening to podcasts and reading.  I just want to do my first deal on a multi-family.  Any advice to get me started?  I am going to try to use the equity in my home for my first deal.  I still haven't figured out how to use other people's money.

Hi everyone.  Just wondering how you keep track of all your contacts.  Do you use a simple spreadsheet or an online tool?

Thanks.

@Ryan Hall Thanks!  You can be I will need assistance so I will definitely keep you in mind. I'm trying to get through all the newbie readings first before taking the leap (which is the hardest part for me).

Ok I got a phone call from someone looking for a multi-family in my town.  I’ve literally just joined here a few days ago.  I’m not sure what to do. I am a newbie and still educating myself.  If this were you, what would be your first step in helping them?  and how did they get my number?

Thank you in advance.
