Hi All,

Perhaps a dumb question, and I am not sure what I am doing wrong here.  Can someone tell me who I contact or how to post listings on the bigger pockets marketplace?  I can see listings on the site and click where it says add a listing and then it does nothing from there, just takes me back to the main dashboard place.  Any advice or who to contact is appreciated!

@Daniel Mears

That would be nice! But I want to use it to invest in other ventures and I doubt I could get 10 percent right now, right?

@Greg Scott

Thank you! I don’t know why I hadn’t really thought of the tenants. I’ll have to see if the property manager would be willing to connect us, I have them managed locally.

As far as other investors I wouldn’t know hit to find them except on here, I have 11 homes and an apartment complex I’m trying to possibly sell

Hi all,

I wanted to know if anyone has had luck selling properties on BP, on the sales tab? I have numerous rentals, they are doing well for us, but we are wanting to shift into some other investments in the coming year. I wanted to know if it is worth my time to try to upload them to the for sale section of BP, or if I should bite the bullet and let my agent sell them. They are all occupied so I think selling them myself on zillow, etc, may not be great because I can't be there to show them and I don't want to disturb the tenants. Any advice/experience is appreciated!

Thanks!

@Stuart Chinworth

Hi there!

Thanks!! Let me know what info you gather and feel free to message me. Yes, we ended up investing in Oklahoma as well.

@Michael Encoy

Hey Mike!!

From the info I’ve gathered I decided to look elsewhere. Seems a bit flooded with rentals and considering our high property taxes in Texas I figured that was a bad combo

@Brian Serina

Thank you!! Yeah, things seem to get worse all the time for anyone trying to make money
