Thanks carlos and yes you're right the thing is that like a wholesaler I try to use the 60% price offers so that's may said I may focus in the right people or find the way to make a deal with the people that is not the right people for this 60% offer

I'm making offers to off market houses and I make the offer to the owner who's may live at the house or not

Hello BP's Friends!!

Hey guys I'm new real estate Wholesaler in the area of Connecticut

specifically in Bridgeport

the thing is this I been in contact with clients but I notice that when I offer a cash offer the negotiation stop right there so I'm trying to figure out  if is my offer to low or I'm targeting a wrong people.
