Hello BP nation

Anyone been in a deal with a upside down house with two mortgages the first wanted to foreclosure but the second didn’t want to and tax lien on the property? If anyone has done anything like this Please let me and all others that could read it and learn like me thanks for your time and support

Hi Melissa I'm from Bridgeport too and I still new but had done lot of research and been learning for 5 months

find a partner is hard you just see people posting that they like to help or are willing to help but at the moment you need someone it is not the reality

so I suggest that keep learning on you own and put in practice what you learn and keep it up

Hey bp friends!

This is the thing I’m in Connecticut and I would like to work the pre foreclosure leads that supposedly they are motivated to sell so I don’t know exactly how long I’ll have to act on it before the lender foreclosure

I saw some cases that take 3 to 5 months but not sure if it depends on the lender so please take some of your value time to give some knowledge about it thanks

thanks for the answer and all my respect for those who started from the bottom without godfathers or sugar daddy like you

Keep it up man

other things Felipe I would like to know if you would like to share is how you get the 40k to the mortgage and how if like you said had a not to good pay job how do you qualify for the mortgage

Sorry for been taking your brain without a coffee or nice dinner invitation 😁

Heyy Felipe congrats bro keep it up and don't try to use this time for granted use this time to keep growing your portfolio and pass the knowledge to others who are willing to accomplish
