thanks so much Melissa Gittens and all those good things will come back to you in more blessing

and yes he did a great job I truly recommend him

Mark Bascetta

First let me congratulate you because you have my 2 dreams first one firefighter and 2 Real Estate Investing

look for what I learn on books and interviews to investors and so on

it always says that look for the numbers but what I fund interesting is that maybe not always the numbers speak for then self because I was searching for numbers in CT and I was surprised with what I fund. talking about just numbers with statistic facts if you see them you never will invest on real Estate in CT and I'll explain why: CT is within the states with the highest Real Estate taxes, Low or non economical growth meaning no new jobs create, high Crime rate and so on but I live in Bridgeport CT and I been trying to get a good property and is hard because they are selling right away so saying that I would said that check your numbers and try to feel them too like get in touch with investor in the area you want invest talk to local property management like craig bellot and if you can go there and feel the area( if you see a bunch of people seating on the store corner or in the front porch at 10 Am Monday it mean a lot) and the most important take action on what you decide

my best wishes for you man and keep hustle

and if that can help here is a list of the unemployment rate by cities

Hi Ricardo Welcome to  Connecticut Market

Bidgeport is a good market depending the area like any market you can be in a nice are and 2 more  blocks down you'll be in a war zone but the best part is that bridgeport has the most affordable market compare with the others cities closed to NYC like norwalk not even talk about Stamford here the taxes are little high but  the income compensate that be careful with Real Estate Agent that says they are Investor Friendly and they just want you to buy at high price so they get a good commission but over all bridgeport is a big city trying to get better

best area is black rock but is expensive, Hallow are is good for cash flow but a lot of the area is hot zone, east side war zone but could be some ok section, north end on the border of Trumbull nice are, east end like Stafford ave and Connecticut ave this are in this days is war zone. all of this areas and what I said about them are my point of view so you can see what others investor says about it

wish you the best on your investment and see you on the top :-)

Would love to help you!

thanks man and yes that's why I would like to see outside my are because I live in a good market but I think that a lot of investor and home owner are playing too much with the prices and the other reason is to expand my range of action

I can give you information on a decent property manager if you need one. Good luck :)

Thanks so much man  I really appreciate your help and I'll be contact you to see what's going on there

I suppose you could ask the listing agent what will be the seller disclosures. But, really, you’ll want to know what you’re getting yourself into.

Thanks so much and yes I definitely will have a inspection And based on the results I will make a offer

Thanks so much for the information
