The answer us really all over.  I am not aware of a concentration of military but they like living iff route one which stretches from Fredericksburg to Alexandria and paases both bases.

Welcome.  I have similar goals and after one year, I have chosen to look at other markets.  I am still keeping my ear to the ground in NOVA but the prices are just so high here, I am moving to another market.

Ian I am a realtor in that area and can probably just find you a house for that price in reasonable condition.

 For that budget, I would take a patient route and do a letter campaign.  Going to take time for it to show results.  Check out books on lead generation in addition.  Bigger pickets just published on recently.   There is a cheap book on Audio.com 24 off market ideas.
