Newbie in the Hampton Roads area
Hey there BP! I recently just got back from deployment and am starting on my real estate wholesaling adventure. For the past 3 days, I've gone out driving for dollars and have found a few leads but I'm having trouble in finding the owners of some of the properties. Also I'm trying to connect with people in my area to work with. Lenders, other wholesalers JV with, fix and flip investors, contractors, etc. I'm in the Norfolk area and I'll be targeting the Hampton roads area as a whole.
