SFR and 2-4 unit MFR. If the opportunity is there, some flips as well.

Hey there BP family!  I’m a semi-green investor looking to get started on my first deal. I’ve been interested in RE Investing for a few years now and have been educating myself through books, Podcasts,  videos, and blogs.  During this time period, I’ve also been building up my advertising/production company which has allowed me to generate a handsome income to help fund my initial investments.

Now that I’m in a good position to start on this new journey into RE Investing, I’m in need of some human guidance to bounce some ideas and strategies off of and expand my reach into my potential mentor’s network of seasoned professionals.

I’m also willing to barter my professional advertising/production  services in exchange for information and leadership.  I have the latest and greatest equipment (cameras, drone, lights, mics) & software and produce quality online, TV, & radio promos and commercials.

If anyone is interested, please let me know. I’m looking forward to getting this ball rolling!

You could also try alternative funding options like a portfolio lender (local credit union), or a hard money lender. The terms and fees vary but they require less of a down payment. If you go with a hard money lender, use the BRRR Strategy and convert the loan into a conventional one with a bank.

Hi Cory.  I'm a new investor on the scene and I'm exploring the idea of using Hard Money to acquire my first few properties.  The properties that I'm looking at are located in Illinois.  Do you have a website where I can find more details on your programs?

Hello everyone. I’ve been doing some market research on Racine, Wisconsin for potential rental opportunites. It’s my first real estate investment deal and I’m a bit on the fence about pulling the trigger in this particular area despite the attractive bargains.  If you have any experience with the properties in this area or surrounding areas, some insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
