I’m in need of a motivated real estate agent or broker who’s an active investor or has experience working with investors. I’m currently working on growing my portfolio at the pace of 1 or more deals per month and would love to find an agent who can match my momentum or even boost it. Hello BP family!! I’m in need of a reliable, reputable contractor for a light renovation job on a SFH in Matteson. Looking to start ASAP, thanks! - refinish hardwoods on main floor - new flooring in kitchen - remove wall paper on main floor and paint entire interior - new light fixtures through out Any referrals would be greatly appreciated :-)

It turned out great for my first deal. I was able to close in 34 days.  Now I’m in the rehab process. I’m looking to refinance in 3 - 6 months to a conventional loan. 

What market are you investing in?

Hey @Victoria Ghafoor, I actually ended up using Flip Funding instead.  Jai at Ridgeway Financial was very informative and helpful but for Flip Funding's rates came in a little lower.   Hope this helps.
