Good Day Kevin and Will, I am new to this and this one primary questions I have had. I always though seasonings were funds in the bank. Will Barnard-So to make things clear so that I understand. We would not be able to walk into Wells, Suntrust, M&T whomever and refi without holding the property for a min of 1 year? If that is the case then what other options does one have to exit out of this type of loan?

Two answers locate a title company, but also I happen to be a lisc. realtor in md/DC call Kelvin Reaves in Virginia REMAX Allegiance I think he can put you on the right track he works with investors.
