 The answer to your question is simply yes. I used craigslist real estate for sale by owner to list all my deals and never had any complaints . in fact the properties were sold within 2 weeks.

the best time advice I  can give you when it comes to posting  ads on craigslist is to post in the early morning and noon those seemed to work best for me. hope this helped feel free to reach out if you have anyother questions

The reason why I asked this it's because 

I met a realtor who will show me lists of hud homes before they are acutioned out and was trying to formulate a good strategy to wholesale them. If your in my shoes how I will you approche this.

Great info I'm really blessed to have found this group. I thought I can as long as you put a clause in the contract that stats I can assign this property of I chose to. Is there any contract like that around and would it work? Agian I really appreciate your guys input.

I have a question and hope to get a solid answer from a season invester. I'm Alli college kid with ambition to succeed in the RE and build my portfolio with renntal property's once I make few successful wholesale deals, with that being said my question is can you wholesale a hud homes? Can you put it under contract and sell that contract to an investor?

Hey everyone i  just want to start by saying this group is the amazing they answer all my questions and make everything simple and direct for a newbie like me.

My question is where can i find simple wholesale contracts and assignment contracts that is easy for a seller to understand any direct link would work thanks in advance.
