 thanks for catching that. and no I'm not clueless on the process by any means. my buyers weren't interested in this particular property and now i have to market it to a new pool of cash buyer who are interested in rental property. my question is where can i find good buyers lead other then craigslist.

Hey everyone. I have a question and i hope i get an easy quick answer from my fellow investors .

I have a property that me and my partner have under contract its a 2/1 750sq ft  sfr. my question is who do i mark this property to? and where can i mark it to get the best leads.

To be realistic you will have to have some sort of money as a wholesaler mainly because you will be paying  earnest how much? that depends on you and how good you are on negotiating a deal.
