hi to all,I just want, to thank everyone on BP for all the questions and answers, they have being very help full to me.

Also the podcast is amazing way to learn, in a couple of weeks reading and listening, my knowledge to understand wholesaling and other areas of REI has increased a lot.

Hi, everyone my name is Allan Ramirez in San Diego California,I have no real estate experience at all, I want to start in wholesaling i have no financial capital, I'm struggling financially,working two jobs 12 to 14 hrs a day not making any money. I know this isn't easy but willing to learn I'm a fast learner and very motivated!!
