hi to all,I just want, to thank everyone on BP for all the questions and answers, they have being very help full to me.

Also the podcast is amazing way to learn, in a couple of weeks reading and listening, my knowledge to understand wholesaling and other areas of REI has increased a lot.

In other matter,can someone tell me how is the market for wholesaling in San Diego ca,is this a good area to start?
