Hi Joel, Pm me if you like.  I have previous marketing experience and if we are not a great match I've got great contacts that might be!

I am interested as well! I have a single family condo in Rockport, TX that I just purchased. This is my first "real estate investment". I ran numbers before and researched local property managment projections to get numbers.  I will definitely write more once I get it up and running.  I spoke with other investors before on North Padre Island in Texas and they all felt like they were successful.  Of course, everyone's definition of that is different based on their goals.  Challenges so far have been finding the time to buy furniture, etc and coordinate shipping dates with dates I'll be there. Good Luck to you!

HI All! I am new to investing and wondering what your recommendations are about the different networking groups and how they are alike, and different? My goal is to look for mulitfamily units that I can rent out for passive income.  Eager to learn and network! Thank you!

Hi, I am looking at windstorm insurance for a coastal property I am about to purchase. It will be in an llc. And is a short term vacations rental property. My question is- what is the recommendation in regards to windstorm insurance? Texas/coast Rockport area. Go with 1% deductible and have higher monthly rate or go with 2% deductible and have lower rate? Thank you in advance for suggestions.
